This game is short man... i mean if it where 10 to 12 hours it would still be short provided its all text based, with only background images, no voice acting, no meaningfull choices and only 3 "playable" characters.
My actual play time is more around 5 hours, because about an hour was spent either writing down things like "why is the game forcing me to do X with no choice", oogling the beautiful artwork, or listening to background music.
I consider myself a fast reader and had the text speed cranked all the way up to the highest setting (which, for some reason, was not instant), so your time may be a little longer than my estimated 5 if you read at a more relaxed pace, or if you fail coterie quests or choose other quests that have less text.
To experience most content, I would say probably around 9 hours, to experience all content, maybe a little over that.
