Poor FPS in town?
I'm only getting 30fps in town, which doesn't sound bad but it should certainly be a lot higher. Am I missing something here? Are there any settings in particular that kill the framerate?

Um, yeah, well, there are no "servers" on Neverwinter. Just one large one. The town is Protector's Enclave and has HIGH traffic. Expect FPS issues. It will get fixed when you move out of that town.

Its pretty normal for MMO main towns to cause all sorts of fps problems, even on top end cards.

I got around 70 in the larger cities in FFXIV :/ Probably just an optimization problem, I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me. Thanks guys.

i have also only ever had problems with these towns...all other mmo's i have played (over 30 others) dont give me any trouble, but i get 25-30 fps with x2 gtx580 sli on minimum graphics with allmost no cpu useage

^ you sir have an issue then because I sit right around 30-35 in town and have two 560gtx and an i5 2500k at 4.5ghz. My GPU usage is always at 99%, not sure about the CPU though. The game itself runs really smooth for me outside town, hovers right around 50-60 fully maxed out.
