Cryptic Launcher Not Working

I keep trying to play this game but I am not able to get past the Cryptic Launcher Autoupdate. It says it is connecting 5 attempts then it says i have no connection to the internet and to check my connections and try again. I have no issues with my internet. All other games and programs can access it just fine. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing is working.

Okay so now the launcher loaded. But now it isnt connecting to the server. Just sitting there saying "Connecting ... "

Update: Seems to be working now. I guess I just needed to be patient.

What the hell is this "unable to connect to Patch Server" nonsense? I can't even get to the login screen, it just dies after attempting to connect a few times. Dumb thing is asking me to check my internet connection. I'm posting here which means my connection can't be that bad.

Seems to be hppening on here and star trek online too, another game I play.

Virpyre it seems that they are sending a bunch of patches out and it is lagging their servers. I just kept trying and now i am waiting while the launcher installs many, many, many patches.

Wow this update is 6gigs and the server is not very fast. Been here 20 minutes and only at 2%

launcher is working, but the patch is downloading horribly slow
probably because there is so much server traffic.

The cryptic launcher is the worst piece of ♥♥♥♥ I have ever seen. it is constantly lagging and loading a new charactr in STO takes forever. Pure drivel! Fix it! Everyone else manage to run their launcher

Not working here either. Too bad. I got so excited with the latest Update. But the Cryptic Launcher is stuck to Autoupdate and doesn't fall below 40MB...
