Is this game open world pvp?

Is this game open world pvp? I want to play a game with open world pvp. :(
Already tried TERA's so called open world pvp, but there was none.
Aion is old and outdated.

Do you guys know any other f2p open world pvp mmorpgs that are relevant?

What is the point of a MMORPG if you can do all the quests and dungeons alone. (speaking of most mmorpgs). And if I can't fight other players without having to join a battleground/arena taking you away from the RP world.

No, it is not a open world pvp game. It has a few small pvp zone inside larger pve areas, but thats it.

yes but if you enter that pvp zone, it toggles the pvp flag for the entire zone

Yes it does indeed, but most of the players outside the pvp zone will still be in pve mode...even though you are in pvp mode, and cannot be attacked. That is not exactly world pvp, neither is it what someone is looking for when searching for "World PvP".

Age of Conan had PvP servers. LOTRO has end game pay2play pvp. Go play WOW on their PvP servers. Star Wars TOR has pvp servers. I heard the Warhammer 40k will be pvp servers, like warhammer was.
