Where are the files? (Solved)

My sister plays this game, and I'd like to do that, too. The problem is, however, the slow internet.
We have a USB-Stick over 16GB, so that shouldn't be the problem. These are the questions:
-Where are the Neverwinter Files located (I downloaded the launcher per steam)?
-Are 'Savegames' or accountdata only stored online or do I have to worry about them messing up my account?
-Cqn I just copy the 6GB of files into the directory, or, more importantly, will neverewinter notice they're there and not try to redownload them?

should be in your steam files, yes and no, and no you can't just copy the files you need to redownload but its unclear what exactly you want to do that for ..... when you sign into neverwinter just pick your toon and play you get like 4 or 6 slots or something.... i hope that helps you out man peace out

So the Files are all in the Steam folder? What did you mean by the files I need to redownload?
Downloading anything under 200mb should be okay, but can I use any files from my sister's pc so I do not have to download them? Thank you for your answer.
PS:(What does Toon mean? I've never played the Game before, and I'm not from england or america ) :)

We managed to migrate the 'Neverwinter' folder, the biggest in the directory, to my pc. Whyever it is, It's stll downloading 173mb. Thats okay, It'll only take 2hrs. Thank you for your help again.

In case anyone finds this thread hoping for the answer and then sees an incomplete answer, as of 08/09/2015 the files are in Steam\SteamApps\common\Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter, where Steam is wherever your Steam is installed (usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam but your mileage may vary).

I was unable to locate save games. I can find some character files and putting a character from the offline version there allowed me to use this character in Steam. However, I've been unable to locate character files or save games based on my activity on Steam. If anyone has an idea as to how that is done, please let me know.
