Steam Account / ARC account

So when I first started the install for Neverwinter, I used the create an account via Steam route, not understanding the PITA this would lead to.

How can I change the Steam to the ARC account I setup via their website? There is seemingly know way to log out of the one that pops up when I run via Steam. And the only time the ARC login can be done is when I directly run the Neverwinter EXE to get the login screen.

Anyone know what I can do here?

I believe you have to log into ARC and send them a support ticket asking them to unlink the attached account so you can then relink the correct one.

Why don't they simply disable creating an account via Steam, if there is this much hassle involved? Just force registration of an ARC account and be done with it.

Sept. 2023 still no unlink !! I have 2 accounts but I logged in with the wrong one. Now contacting support just for an unlink is stupid!

Same thing for me, probably I've got 2 accounts linked under one mail and when im loggin I'm getting logged into second one. Hope they will response quickly for my ticket

What? You can'not play neverwinter with you steam login. Neverwinter launcher requires login with you arc account.
