Problem with buying zen through Steam wallet

anyone has the same problem?? when i press y on the game the zen shop pops out but when i try to buy through steam wallet when i click the buy button nothing happen please fix this damn it this is the only way i can buy zen >.> since PWE disabled the MOL points

same problem here. i had actually contacted both steam and arc support... well, for arc, since it's steam wallet issue and that we're launching NW thru steam, they said we have to refer to steam for this matter.. UNFORTUNATELY, steam support is USELESS!!! i have been sending my questions to steam support since last April 21, and for those 5 questions, the only reply i get is this....

steam wallet is the only option i have for purchasing zen coz i don't have Paypal or any credit card account.. and now i feel hopeless coz steam support does not give a decent response to this matter..

I am assuming you have the steam overlay turned on? wont work without it. Right click on the game in your library go to properties under GENERAL there is a check box too enable.

yes i have... and i also tried turning it off and on again (game won't even function well if overlay is off) .. yet nothing happens still. i also tried out the said questline completion in blacklake (although i find it weird that it would have any connection with zen market) but still, failed.

i've been sending out zone messages in-game, some people have no problem with steam wallet. some would also suggest not to use steam wallet and rather go directly to arc (probably 'coz they have the same problem like us and never got help at all)...

what now? ;'(
