What to do with old enchantments? Returning player.

Ok today I logged in after like 2 years and i found out all my enchantment's were gone from equipment. I found them in post but what do I do with them now. I cant find any vendor to exchange them. Are they just trash now and I have to grind all over again?

Go to Protectors Enclave and the vendor over from the CLAIMS guy trades in old one's and lets you buy new.

If I remember right, not all are worth trading in and are just refine fodder. Something about them having to be over a certain level (9?).

I've had a few that I cannot turn into refinement points, and I cannot do that with. what do I do with those?
