Yep I am having the same problem

I even went and recovered my account and reset my password. Then I go back to log in through steam and I get invalid password or user id. Suck an elf! My wife just created an account and had no issues!

Sometimes it fails to log in for me when I first start the launcher, with an error about "Cannot even contact authentication server" or similar, but it works if I wait 10-20 seconds then try again. The exact same thing happens with Star Trek Online, so I guess it's a small problem with their authentication system. If you can log in to the website with your account details, it might be worth trying to wait for a bit before attempting to sign in.

Additionally, if you launch the game from the Arc Games client (which is basically a Steam clone), it will sign you in automatically.

I don't have anything much else to contribute, but "Suck an elf" is poetry.

I have the same issue. I will play for while and get off. Later when I go back to play it either can't connect to the launcher or some other error. I hate it!!!!!
