Report a translation problem
When you can log into the game, you can submit a ticket.
When you have submited a ticket, wait for an update on that ticket, and see what the GM has to say about this "hack".
Scan, and clean up your PC.
Update any security software you have... and probably get better one.
When your PC is clean, change the passwords on any email you have, and then change the passwords for games and anything else too.
If only your NWO account got "hacked"... be glad. It could be much worse.
Don't click on any flashing crap online, and don't download every shiny addon for games you come across.
Btw. most "hacks" turn out to be either through keylogger downloaded by the "victim",
or some kind of account sharing "problem".
The north koreans running this game (mindless wtftards lost in their own world of make-believe) most likely couldn't give two poops about my getting hacked, they already got paid.
I'm not mad, and I don't expect to ever be able to recover anything because they have 'accidentally' overlooked any method of reporting it.
I'm simply warning others who play this game that spending money on this game is a risk, their website gets hacked (or maybe not) and if you become a victim, well, you're on your own.
I don't use addons, I don't share passwords, the only thing that got hacked into was the website portion, my character wasn't touched, only my zen profession items.

Looks like support is working normal so far, i can submit a ticket without any issues.
FireFox 40.0.2, if that is not working for you, may be try Chrome?
And what "website portion" was "hacked" into?
Are you using the same login for NWO on some kind of fan or inofficial NWO website?
Don't you think, that if there was some real hack into any real official account website, that there would have been more reports about hacked accounts?
I'm no fan of the support either, but the support is working, and you can submit a ticket and ask them, if they can check your account and see if they can do something about this.
The support is slow, and you might have to explain everything twice for them, but as i said, it's working...
