Recommendations for PvE Rogue Build?

I just followed Banelornes build (link below) to level 30 then discovered that none of the Paragons recommended exist anymore IE nerfed/changed/removed. I picked Master Infiltrator so the Whisperknife builds probably won't work now(?) And I'm kinda stuck on what to do next...

Any suggestions? Should I move forward on an altered path or respec and follow another build?
BTW, can I respec without $$?

Are you still playing the game Snugginz? Did you learn anything about trickster rogues stats and the way to balance them?

My Trickster rogue is a level 62 WhisperKnife Male Halfling following the Executioner feats path and I've unlocked Shadow of Demise.

I've written my own post asking for help with configuring my character better when really I don't know much about things like how many times you should have power higher than critical strike for example. If that even applies. I cant quite work it out.

If you want to help me configure my Trickster rogue then please look for the post I created where I list all my abilities and stats and ask for help from experienced players.

mmomind has a tonne of builds, google things like "nwo tr mi crit build" and look through the mmominds urls. Lots of good stuff, mostly still relevant.
