Problem with obtaining the First time buyer's pack after purchasing zen

Well I think that I am required to *transfer* = purchase Zen in the game? and I should be able to receive the Package?? Or am I missing something.
I purchased 1000zen just yesterday and I have been unable to get the package.
FYI, I also spent the Zens now

I believe you need to purchase the Zen through the Arc client for it to qualify for this package.

I had the same problem, I had to buy Zen through Arc and then log onto Neverwinter ON the Arc Client. Purchases with your Steam wallet don't count.

Do you guys know if i transfer 480 zen to my acc will i still get the pack? I can't puchase with usd but only rub which i don't know why. I don't live in russia neither i've chosen russia as my country. It gives me choises between 200 rub-480 zen and 400 rub-960 zen but i can't afford 400 rub one. I need help
