Can't buy Zen?

It seems I am unable to purchase Zen through the in-game store. Every time I open it up, the "Buy Zen" button is grayed out. When I hover it, it gives me the message "You cannot buy Zen at this time."

I couldn't seem to find an explantion/solution anywhere and the support website seems to be bugging out on me for some reason. Do I have to do something in the game before I can buy Zen or just try to send a ticket when I get the chance or what? Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have the same issue. Some one in the game told me they're "phasing out" buying Zen through steam in favor of their "Arc" client from Perfect World. I can't really confirm if that works, though. Maybe we have to buy it through the Steam client *directly* instead of in-game?

Yeah same problem and buying zen directly from the site let you choose all the games except Neverwinter. It doesn't show up in the list.

Hadn't looked at this thread since Kav's comment here recently; they DID indeed "fix" whatever was wrong with the Zen store in-game a while back. Probably, heck I dunno, ~4 days? after I made my original reply here, I was able to buy as much Zen as I wanted through the game. It did indeed properly open the Steam overlay, let me buy it through Steam, and put me back in the game. I had no problems with it at that point.

So my guess is that if it's "broke" again, give it a few days and see if it shakes out, because I can personally confirm that I've bought Zen through the game with Steam as recently as only a couple weeks ago.

Yep looks like Zen purhcases arent working in game at least. Start's the process but just erors out with ' you have cancelled your purchase'.

You need to activate your orverlay if you want to buy Zen trought steam
