Huge lag issues and crashes

Over the last month or so I have been experiencing huge lag spikes and crashes that I hadn't experienced in the last year that I have played this game. I updated everything and did deep scans for viruses, nothing. It still occurs. I am thinking that it is time for me to move on.

There are a lot more players in the game now but the lag and crashes also come with it. Seems the server cannot handle it. It is still playable for me.

Lagging and crashing is mostly from a memory leak caused by the Cryptic Engine. Reduce the texture quality to increase the time before crashing and reduce the lag impact.

Also, do set the framelock to 30 fps. It helps on large player counts.

Haven't full tested but doing the reverse of expected solution also helps;
Video memory limit -> 128 MB, 256 MB, 512 MB
Should have better stability than setting Auto, 768MB, 1024+ MB, etc.

lagging mostly happened in Winter Festival ground, other area not that bad.

Game has huge lags. Not possible to play. Its about servers, not about my computer or internet.

Moved to an instance with few players solved the problem everytime. Lags start to happen when there are 10 players or more in an instance, when there are 25 players, even invoking is delay and sometime not possible. It had never been like this bad before so I do think something wrong with the server side. Also it is strange that this only happened in Winter Festival ground, other areas seem ok since I usually do Heroic event train when there are 20 or more players in an instance in SkyHold or Mountain of Flame.
