Unable to login

Hi,

Anyone else is facing the same issue? When I try to connect it says "Connection to the account server timed out."

I also tried to open "https://www.arcgames.com/en/forums/neverwinter" the forums and the page is unavailable "Internal server error".

i can't update the launcher, it goes on looping everytime its almost finish download the launcher update

sometimes it did happened in NA, guess they use less severs to save cost.

Found a fix, changed from settings Proxy from EU to None, then worked.

Launched the game. Window opens and says log in to link your account. Am told to log in with Arc to link account. long story short somewhere I got a message saying to eamil [e-mail] which I told them:
It all started trying to launch Neverwinter Nights via Steam.

Window pops up saying I need to link to arc. (took a while to figure that out as I haven't logged in since 2017 it appears)

So requested to change password, received link, and received feedback suggesting new password was successful. This was via browser.

Then prompted to download arc, which I did.

I just changed password and have both user name and password in a spreadsheet --- so I know what they are supposed to be.

Can't log in to arc app. Now I'm getting error messages saying my password is wrong (but it isn't) so requested to change password. Getting message I can't use same password - what the heck I was just told the password was wrong so why is it now telling me I can't use same password.

Bottom line --- I guess I'm needing help logging into arc website, app, and linking the game with my steam account. Don't understand why it doesn't recognize just changed password that is typed out in front of me as a goby.

So you open Neverwinter launcher from Steam - then click on Options on top right corner - then scroll down until you see GAME - Gameplay proxy (and change from what it is now for you to "None", for me it was "EU"). Then click Save.
