Vamp's pretty much just a troll. Pvp's been pretty much dead for quite a while now. You can still find some action, it's not just a big thing anymore.

There is no PVP in Neverwinter, it has always been dead, a very unbalanced pay to win toxic immature insult fest all day long that the devs never cared to moderate or balance, maybe because some whales are in that toxic place, they spend money so the devs turn a blind eye to their abuse. It never had anything to do with skill, just whoever spent more absurd amounts of cash "cheated" with money to pretend they won in PVP lol what a sad joke. Avoid at all costs.

Uh, no.. Even after mod 16 pvp was doing just fine.. and before mod 19 ruined the game and made everyone quit, pvp was at least still doing ok. Sounds to me like someone is pretending it wasnt them being total trash.

Pvp died way before mod 16..it was mod 10 that hecked everything up..the day after the update no matter what pvp match you went into there'd be atleast two or three clerics on the other team,one of them would take the node closest to enemy spawn,the other cleric would take far node,and just stand on it,no matter how many people tried to kill them their health never dropped below 80%..About a year or so after that..que times to get into pvp would take forever (Finding no matches whatsoever).Today the only pvp that's been going on is just a small group of people getting on at peak time (Asia).
