Display XP bar
Is there an option or something to display the character's xp bar ?

there is no "exp bar" since the rework. you level by completing the leveling adventures, and once you reach level 20, you get the "progress bar" displayed, a sort-of exp bar that, once filled, nets you some random reward.

Nothing gives XP anymore, they did away with that concept.
