Failed to load steam components

Whenever I try to play, it just says failed to load steam components. Have other people had this issue/how do I solve it?

Had the same issue.
Wasn't very intuitive, but I fixed this by going straight to the game folder, executing the "Neverwinter.exe", then logging in and letting it patch

After it was patched, I exited the launcher, and Steam was working again

This doesnt work for me since i log in with STEAM account and when i do this it wants arc account
