Is there different servers, and if yes can we change ours?

Hello, people.
My friend and I wanted to play this game together. Problem is, we have yet to see each other next to the first camp-place thingy.
We thought we might not be able to see each other because we'd be on different servers, but unlike other MMOs there wasn't a list to choose from, or at least any that we could find.
So, I was wondering, are we only in a zone we can't see eachother or do we happen to be on different servers? And if so, is there a way to be on the same?

different store, epic game, but actually need to know what server my character is on to send a ticket. as far as I can tell there arent servers as i never sele3cted or saw one on any screen. Stuck unable to progress as Im at the start waking up to bone dragon every time i start the game.

For the Steam/Arc downloaded game it's only 1 server, but there can be different instances for the same map.

Each instance holds 20 players, once that number is hit a new instance is created.

If you open up the map, down in the right hand corner is a button 'change instance', click on it and you'll see all the current instances and how many players are in it.

To change instances, click on which ever one you want to go to and then click the 'change' button for it to load you onto that one.

I'll regularly switch to the lowest populated one just to improve my computer performance / not have to compete with others for mobs etc....

So the support ticket asking for server on a site, doesnt really matter as there arent servers? just different instances? I just want to be able to play the game honestly. Stuck with being reverted to the very start with that cutscene every time. Not dying at all, but going through picking enemies off with a bow has been so annoying, over and over for zero progress

Well, when they ask for a server name, try Dragon (International), that should do the trick... unless you're playing on the russian server, no idea what the name of that one is.

About the problem itself, last time i played a character through the intro, i had to kill a few waves of enemies trying to prevent Makos from destroying that bone dragon, then he would do his spell which would finish any remaining enemies, and i could continue with my way towards the bridge...

I got past a graveyard area. Came back to no progress when i had to go do something and closed the game for an hour

It sounds like you're stuck in the intro - you wake up in the camp, get your gear, have to run through enemies to another camp? That area right?

If so the easiest thing to do would be to just delete your character and start over fresh. It does sound like you're stuck in some kind of bugged loop and honestly that early in the game doing a ticket would be your last resort.

Just start over. Every once in a while an instance like that will bug and you can't do them.

As to the server name, I think it shows either during log in or on the character selection screen. Might be the little white words in the lower left hand corner that say some like 'logging into proxy 1' or something like that.
