Zen purchase through steam wallet.

I purchased yesterday 20000 zen through steam wallet and after that I tried to buy more. I get the following error message ''Your purchase could not be completed at this time. Please contact customer support.'' Can anyone tell me why I can't buy more zen?

2 things in the future to keep in mind DO NOT buy ZEN with Steam Wallet, you will find yourself with a Temp ban on your account with some restrictions, ALWAYS buy through there site. Secondly, in doing some research I discovered in there faqs that they put a $200 limit on EVERY account, after that you must wait to purchase more. As I understand it you must contact Customer Service to increase the limit on your account. I haven't tried this yet, so if you choose to do this, please let others know here how the process went.

" ALWAYS buy through there site. " - I think he means to always buy Zen using the ARC client instead of Steam. I completely agree, you can buy through ARC and the Zen is available immediately, with no restrictions on buying more.

As to the temp ban from Steam - sadly, AFAIK there is no way around it. You wll have to contact Customer Support. As above, please post your efforts and results. AR

I made the mistake of purchasing Zen via Steam Wallet, and I'm suffering through the temp ban on exchanging Zen for AD (four days now...). How long should I expect before the ban lifts?
