how to get the first time zen buyer to work?

So, as i understand it, to get this to work i log into the main arc page, charge $5 dollars worth of zen, and then transfer it to neverwinter? Is that all I need to do?

You shouldn't have to transfer anything if your using the main arc page. Yes you only need to charge the minimum of 5 dollars. After doing so you have to go to the claims NPC in PE, and recieve your pack from there. I believe it's under the PROMO tab.

I honestly don't know. I orginally used arc as a platform not steam. So I use my arc account to purchase Zen. I when Steam picked up the game people would complain about the Steam Wallet purchased having problems, so I resort to Arc for payments.
