Fatal error Neverwinter crashes: Fatal Error Direct 3D driver returned error code

Hello there! So, i have installed neverwinter again about 2 days ago and today, this error poped up and i cant start the game anymore... can someone help me to fix this? Is this a bug from the game or is it some error of my pc? Thank you for your time

Hi again, so i have fixed the bug, i had to enter the launcher and activate the ''Safe Mode'' on the options... hope i can help other people too

I have tried the command promt lines along with safe mode anlong with reinstalling game and fixing files and all sorts of long winded crap and it is def on their end. :( I have no solution.

Sadly me to i have no idea what they have done i even used arc's loader and it kept crashing 4 time's i tried no use oh well back to skyrim for me
