no but arc knows if you email them they would tell you.....

you posted a support ticket but it is so weird couse i even spend 60 euros on the game last week trough arc client so should say that im a good costumer right?

oh ok now i have heard of this with alot of other people buying zen that they go on probation like for 3 times and they last a week until u get zen.... you better email arc support immediately for this one man..... me i'm holding out to see what the hell is going on with them, peace brother

Happenned to a friend of mine, but she got back on fine when they returned her support ticket.

She did also phone them and speak to them directly and was put back on in less than 24 hours

yeah i just got a mail that it is a temporary ban now i asked them why

I got banned too in neverwinter this last march 10, 2015, i didnt recieve an email or any notifications about that matter. Im just doing my dailies, i contact them but they response about log in issue and not banned issue. can some help me
