Unable to exchange ZEN for AD, bug or problem on my end?

Hi, as the topic states, i bought some ZEN that i wanted to trade for some Astral Diamonds, but i am unable to do so, i go to the menu for it, but i can't hit the "post" button, it's grayed out and says due to a recent purchase, i can not at this time trade ZEN for AD.

now this is not really the problem per se, but when asking in the ingame chat, people says it should be instantanious and possible right away.

Am i doing something wrong or is it bugged on the client side of things?

They added a new security feature 2 weeks ago to prevent credit card fraud. Basically you are locked out of the AD/zen exchange and all your cash store purchases are account bound until your payment is confirmed. The items remain account bound even after your payment is cleared so you should not use the cash shop until your account is cleared.

I'm having this problem in reverse. I want to trade AD for zen, but nothing happens. I make the offer(matching price from other list), and it just sits there.

I am having a similar issue, except I simply cannot find the option to make a listing at all in the menu
