Lost account?

i installed and went to launch neverwinter today after not having played in about a year.
for whatever reason none of emails have any mention of arc/neverwinter/cryptic. i checked every email i could've possibly used to signup.

the only thing i have is my in game name (the one like; username#1234) is there anyway i can recover my account? i also checked with the password recovery on arcgames, it says none of my emails are associated with an account.

I just did this last week. Fill the account support form at the Arc Games webpage and then they'll send you a link that has a form that you fill out.
