i claimed lots of free giveaways codes

which are accepted and sucessfully redeemed from ark connector...
then i login game with steam and open new char (i even didnt start to game while i redeem giveaway codes) then i create new char and login to game (some island i guess its newbie island) and when i chk my mail and inventory there were no any rewards items etc from those 9 giveaway rewards which i redeemed sucessfully ?

whats the problem ? should i finish tutorial and newbie island before i got those ?

should i retype code ? ingame or cuz i couldnt remember codes but when i chk arc connector (redeemed codes section) i hve 9 claimed codes

A lot of rewards that are mailed to your characters aren't mailed until you're in Protector's Enclave and can actually see vendors and other players. (The first time you go to Protector's Enclave, you won't be able to see any other players - that's technically still part of the intro.)

The rewards also may not be the kind that are mailed to you. As Kadven said, there's a vendor in Protector's Enclave that you can retrieve giveaway rewards from. On the city map, look for a gift-wrapped present symbol - that's the vendor you're looking for. There are two such vendors. You should check both, since they have different items available to you.

You shouldn't need to enter the codes anywhere again. You just need to claim the items in-game from the mail/vendors.
