Sub-Rank 10 Legacy Enchantments
Any use now other than converting to Refinement Points?

Well, you can still get Illusions for your Appearance out of some of the lower ranking armor/weapon enchantments, and they'll have the max. ranked look, which is nice... but otherwise, converting them into RP is probably all you can do with them now.
