My Game is lagging / Rubber banding

the game is rubberbanding and its totally unplayable.. i checked my network speed and it seems perfectly normal.
i got 18Mbps down and 5Mbps Up on Ookla website
to double check i did play some other games that i play and it worked perfectly fine (genshin impact, CSgo, rainbow six, GTAO)

it seems that this problem is only on neverwinter.. is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

i found out why that was happening.. i had on demand download turned on from the client. so the game was downloading files while i was playing the game.

to fix that, i had to uncheck the ondemand download and reload the client and log in, and had to let the client patch the game.
it was 2.7gb :)

Always wise to turn off 'on demand loading' and just download the entire game before you play.

As to Protector's Enclave. Open your map and in the bottom right corner is a button labeled 'change instance'. Click on it and then pick an instance with the least amount of players in it. PE has always been horrible for lag.
