I play in Italian, and there is a mission that I cannot complete.
Research is showing the enhanced etched glass enchantment in Tarhun.

open your inventory and refine the item that was given to you. In latest fix they make it impossible to discard the item.

open inventory (i)
right click item
select refine (you might need to convert the refinement that as given with item to refinement points)
then talk to merchant again

I refined and went back to talking to the merchant, but there was no change.

I tried to put the ditto on some weapon in my inventory, when I went to remove the refined item, it was discarded.

now I don't know what to do, because I can't find a new item to refine
