For a brand new character, the following event will allow you to earn a rare (blue) trained Grizzly mount and an epic (purple) Heavy Worg mount.: https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/11012733
The Masquerade of Liars event ends today, and it's one option for a 110% mount without having to pay real money for it... getting all the resources needed will take some time, but it's still possible.

is the next event in line, starting in 23 days, with another 110% mount as reward.

i think there was something being said about a rework for this event, so i guess we have to wait and see how that one turns out.
im kinda brand new started last week level 47 so will i get a mount through this event or not?
As I mentioned above (and Logan did as well), the Siegebreaker Griffon from the Neverwinter Siege event is one of the best Epic mounts you can get (and easy to get - just have to participate in the event for a few minutes every day.). The reason I say "best" is that it can give you the "Wanderer's Fortune" insignia bonus, which is really a "must-have" for solo play.
Also, get a sled mount from the winter event. Eventually you will want a set of 5 mounts with the insignia bonuses you need for your class/build
