Appearance library question: is it only per character?

I added some stuff from the winter event to my appearance library, and it also added these things to my collections. Logged in on another character hoping to have access to these things so I wouldn't have to grind them out a second time, and I was disappointed that they didn't show up. I'm a new player (ish). Am I missing something? Any way to get seasonal pets/gear appearance account-wide besides grinding on every character?

You have to grind em, one per character for these seasonal events if you want each character to own it. Now there are some easy ways for ur other characters to get these items in the appearance library without grinding for example let say you open 20 gifts you may find some companions like the Fawn of Shialla or a sled that you have already have for one character pop up and is bound to your account. You can give to this another character and it will appear in his library collection. If that character doesn't bind it to himself by double clicking on it he can then give it to yet another character and it will appear in his library and so on.

Some items will be personally bound to one character like the demon sled you get from collecting black lead because it binds on pickup so that type of item you will have to grind for any other char you want to have it. Some items like the ice sprite you can buy at the simril store and pass on to char to char and it will appear in their library collection or even auction it off as long as you don't bind it but only one char can truly have it once bound.

Thanks for the helpful reply--too bad more stuff isn't account bound to make the game more alt-friendly, but it's good to know there are some workarounds.
