Dread Ring Stuck?- Study Thayan Writings

I'm in Dread Ring and am stuck on the "Study Thayan Writings" Quest. In my quest journal the Dread Ring Campaign is still locked so I can't do this quest!! Is this a bug? Or am I missing something?

When you get into Dread Ring, do all quests up to the point when you're send by Sgt. Knox into a dungeon to stop a ritual, don't forget to also collect the quest that gives you a Silver Gauntlet before going into that dungeon, then fight through the dungeon and loot both chests at the end - you need the Silver Gauntlet for one of those chests...

Hand in the quest at Sgt. Knox, then open the Dread Ring campaign window and start the Study Thayan Writings part, it follows the A New Day quest, and you've to wait a day before you can continue the campaign.

Thanks for the info, but I currently have A New Day quest but the campaign is still locked!

It looks like you're trying the "Start Campaign" option instead of the "View Campaign", just doubleclick the Dread Ring entry in your book and it should open the campaign window, then begin with Study Thayan Writings.

If that doesn't work either, contact support

I started a new character during the Neverember's Recruitment event, and had no issue with getting the first step of the campaign done.

But they did change something with that campaign, before you only had to talk to Sgt. Knox again, and the A New Day quest would be done, now you actually have to wait for the daily reset before you can continue... have to wait and see how that turns out, and what else they have changed here.
