Acquisition Incorporated Acquire information Quest

I have retrieved the mithral pickax, gone thourgh and broke up the first 5 crystals, but I cannot get to the last crystal. There is some sort of wall blocking me. It is semi transparent so i can see the last crystal beyond the wall. I killed all the inhabitants of the caves. What am I missing?

normally the wall can be broken as soon as you smash the first 5 ... nothing else is needed. Can you not interact with it all ?

you can only restart the whole quest.

I have finished that quest without any problems a few hours ago.... I guess I was lucky.

the convention re-infiltration (bug link above) is a different quest than the one the OP was asking about.

the bug itself is the same, and it looks like a player can run into it in any AI quest at the moment. it's not just objects that don't load properly, i had to restart the repeatable basement quest, because the whole instance was empty...

Agree with this. I've had to cancel and restart the egg quest a few days ago. Seems to happen randomly on any AI quest.

Its bugged. I have attempted this quest twice now and still can not get past the wall

try running the quest with another player and let him enter the instance first, perhaps that will spawn the ice wall properly.

Ran it with someone else and still bugged. 5 times now I have attempted this and it doesn't work
