The Plague Tower help?

Need to finish this quest chain....and I have noone to talk to, to give me a quest to finish this line. It didn't continue the chain when I completed the prior quests. All the quest givers are all like, "Thanks for doing that thing I needed you to do.....see ya around." What in the holy hell am I missing? Same thing happened to me in Neverdeath. Literally nobody wants to continue the quest line. Got around half of it done, and the quest givers just stopped giving me follow up quests. I have to finish these deeds. What in the actual ♥♥♥♥.

Are you maybe at the point where there is a specific destination on your map you have to go to ?
