Barbarian paragon paths

For barbarian the paragon paths are tank and dps,if i choose tank will i not be able to deal as a lot of damage, and if i choose dps will i have bad health?

You have 2 loadouts free and can buy more.

This means you can be both tank and dps. I recommend doing dps on barb but the tank path gives you extra rough ad in the queue system most times so maybe do randoms with tank.

When you get to level 30 setup a Loadout for going down each path. I find the class that this is most pronounced for is Scourge Warlock - which offers DPS on one path and Healing on the other. I have noticed that if you join a queued instance the loadout that was active when going into the queue is what you'll have inside. You might be able to change loadout at a campfire inside the instance.

That depends on dungeon, skirmishes are the only one where that might /should work.
