I am new player ( i am lvl 25) and i have buy some zen and i was wondering what i should buy with zen.

depending on how much ZEN you want to spend. Just be smart and only buy those things when you have gotten a discount coupon from invoking bags or drops.

And avoid Delver's Expedition, Fallen Apprentice's Expedition or Expedition Pack of the Twisted Shadow, those aren't worth buying.

How exacly the vip work? If i buy for instance the one that cost 1000 zen and go rank 1 after one month my vip rank would fall or not?

Hi.
Yes VIP will expire after 1 month. If you then renew for another month you will then be at rank 2 and so on for the next month. In other words you do not lose the rank.
Also it is best not to pay 1000 for 1 month. When you do your daily invocations you often get a voucher for discounts on zen purchases for one hour. When you get one for 20% off all purchases, that is the time to buy the VIP, e.g. for 800. These vouchers come up very regularly.

... and as long as you use the daily ViP lockbox keys for older (pre Undermountain, with the "old" loot table design) lockboxes, which you can buy from the auction house, you should be able to make enough AD from selling the items from those boxes for another month of ViP.

With a bit of luck you might even get enough AD together for buying 3 or 6 months ViP.

Buy bags while they are not bound. in mod 18 buying bags from zen store is bound to account. so if you keep it till mod 18(do not equip them that binds it) and then sell it you will make big profit

honeslty ... buy the 70 boost pack.

you start 70, and with already pre completed legacy campaigns, which is a huge time sink if you are new and want to clean them for boons.

Dragon is a good one to have since they are almost BiS race for every class.

Buying some packs maybe they usually have goodies, epic mounts and sometimes pack you can get on every new toon you make.

Also starting fully finished on campaign with that toon let you make a token that you can give reroll to let them finish it way faster.
