im new to this game and when i went into the zen market on the bottom it says you have a coupon available. How do i redeem it? and also I have a quest "purchase special keys from zen store" do I have to buy zen to do that?

open your inventory, look for that coupon and read the description. there're different kinds of coupons with discounts ranging from 10% to 100%. it's impossible to give a clear answer without knowing what coupon we're talking about...

about those keys, you should be able to claim them for free from the ZEN shop, and they only work with the special lockboxes from that tutorial.
