Stuck in Quest

I am in a quest Strange Merchant in the Tower District but can not get out of the area even though I abandoned the quest.
Talking to the NPCs does nothing I ran around killing mobs until it says go to next map but I can not get out of the map I am in.
Can anyone help me to finish or get out of this are please ?

Press H -> Request GM Help > Stuck

Restart the game, it should take you out of the map and put you at the entry point

Press H -> Request GM Help > Stuck = Don't bother asking that because you'll have a "We don't provide answers for finishing a quest". They even answered that when I asked where is the campain icon on the player GUI...
