Purchases.
SO. When i played this earlier this year, i bought $55 of zen. Well now i come back, Same Steam account and same Arc account, my zen is gone, the mount i bought is gone, and my characters are gone. It's like i made a new arc account which obviously is NOT the case. Every time i try to get help from Steam support i just get automatically told to go to arc, Never actually spoken to by an actual person. When i go to Arc support, i get told by another person that i have to take my issue to steam because that it the place the purchases were made. Can someone help? Who do i have to talk to on steam to be able to understand whats happening. I'm kind of sick of getting told to go back and forth. Arc actually has the decency to let me speak to a human, but on steam i just get told to go to arc. Arc tells me to come to steam and ask for help. So if i could get some help BEFORE i throw my head through my window and just let myself bleed out it would be appreciated.

if your account is older than one years, it may be that it is to erase...

1. make sure, that you're logged in with the right account...

2. since you've played NWO this year, you should have an regular Arc account and not an "old" Cryptic account, which you would have to "convert" into an Arc account through the support before you could continue playing.
just mentioning this in case any returning player didn't go through that account changing process, and is now wondering where their stuff is and how they can access it again.

3. to be clear, any character progress is saved on the game server side to your account, there're no local "save files" here.

4. they don't delete any accounts... i don't think they even delete banned accounts, in case the bann was an error, and they've to lift the bann and restore the account.

5. when you buy something through Steam or Arc, you should have received a bill or an invoice for that order, and you should look for it in your emails.

6. https://support.arcgames.com/ log in, creat a ticket or update the existing one, explain that characters/items/ZEN are missing form your account, and add all the bill/invoice numbers you can find to it.

a GM should be able to figure out what happened, and then be able to restore your missing stuff, or at the very least tell you if you're logged on the right account.
