2. since you've played NWO this year, you should have an regular Arc account and not an "old" Cryptic account, which you would have to "convert" into an Arc account through the support before you could continue playing.
just mentioning this in case any returning player didn't go through that account changing process, and is now wondering where their stuff is and how they can access it again.
3. to be clear, any character progress is saved on the game server side to your account, there're no local "save files" here.
4. they don't delete any accounts... i don't think they even delete banned accounts, in case the bann was an error, and they've to lift the bann and restore the account.
5. when you buy something through Steam or Arc, you should have received a bill or an invoice for that order, and you should look for it in your emails.
6. https://support.arcgames.com/ log in, creat a ticket or update the existing one, explain that characters/items/ZEN are missing form your account, and add all the bill/invoice numbers you can find to it.
a GM should be able to figure out what happened, and then be able to restore your missing stuff, or at the very least tell you if you're logged on the right account.
