is vip pay to win ?

+1000 is nothing even stacked it's nothing, VIP is nice because it saves time doing certain things also gives you a daily lockbox key and depending on the rank a few re-roll tokens

The daily key and the QoL things, like being able to summon a vendor, bank, mailbox or travel pose everywhere...that's what matters. The Bazaar discount and the immunity to injuries is nice too. The +1000 bonus is not really relevant.

VIP add nice life quality things but for the pay to win it is the zen market

VIP isn't P2W. It just make you playing easier. There aren't any P2W in this game. The new mod will come and destroy all you have done. You will have to start everything over again. In this game, the more you spend to more you will lose. Just prepare to get backstab by Cryptic.

While some items like all the 'life steal' parts were removed and the different builds taken away, nothing was destroyed. He's talking about the work you put into the game and even that's not true for all.

I was playing for about a year and a half prior to Mod 16 and with the exception of what I mentioned above my characters the same as before.

It is not p2w, but if you have vip for a while and then lose it you realize how ♥♥♥♥ the basic game is.
Edit: Not that Game with vip is good its still ♥♥♥♥.

Yea, PvP has a P2W aspect, right...but as you said it is mostly dead...they are trying to revitalize it a bit in Mod 17, though.
