DPS Cleric Healing?
So I'm playing a cleric to support my mates with healing at the lower levels. And I'm noticing that the "smite" (can't remember what its called, summons down a pillar of light.) spell is doing consistent heavy damage and is over all fun to use and spam along side my buds high dps. So, can the Arbiter still provide decent healing at higher levels while going for a more aggressive play style? I noticed that the support paragon doesn't really have a lot of new attack skills and is mainly focused on buffing and healing, while I can do that no problem, I'ed prefer a more flashy play style just so I can get my blood lust sated.

typically, when playing solo, you would play Arbiter, and not worry about any heling at all. Arbiter has one good heling power, but it is expensive to cast, and quite frankly, I would never slot it.

In groups, well, "hybrids" don't work very well in the "end-game"...I would either go Arbiter with full DPS focus or Devout with full healing - in particular in dungeons like LoMM which really need a full-time healer. While leveling up, and in easier group content, I guess you can try some hybrid play, but I would rather go for Devout with DPS powers than Arbiter with healing.

So, the paragon for devout seems to be support only though? How would you go devout with dps powers?

Devout with DPS - well, I wouldn't use it myself - I'm just saying that as a hybrid it would work better than Arbiter with healing. Anyhow...the point is that you have two loadouts - use one for Arbiter for solo play or group play when a dedicated healer is not needed, and the other for Devout when a healer is needed - and keep in mind that when a healer is really needed, people don't want a DPS/heal hybrid.
