Your inventory is made up of a number of bags. One of which is titled "Overflow Bag" which is where items that must be picked up are put if you have no room in your inventory.

Simply remove the items from the overflow bag, it will disappear and you will be able to do whatever you were trying to do.

crazymonkey214 was saying you can buy another bag, mail stuff to yourself or sell items to clear enough room to empty your overflow bag but the important thing is for you to remove the items from the Overflow Bag.

easiest way is usually to go to a vendor, sell some crap you don't need and then move stuff from your overflow bag to your main bags, And yes, buy more bags. You can get a few bags for free (some by doing quests, but they are also handed out - for example, there was one free bag during the jubilee event recently).

There's some early quests you can do and one of them (don't remember which) gives you a free bag. I think it's the assembling orbs campaign if I'm not mistaken.

But yeah, like these guys said. Just make room in your inventory and move items out of the overflow bag.
