radeon driver problem
it always tells me at startup that i have outdated drivers (im on 17.3.2 with a rx480), even did a cleaninstall for that but the problem wasnt solved with that. When im ingame i have like 20 fps.
This is the only game where i have this problem (battlefield 1 ,witcher 3 etc works with no problems)

Try to clean the graphics card fans with pressurized air. That might help. Other than that, I don't know much more than that.

I have the same problem, there's an update. I'll try it.

I have been experiencing the same thing for a long time now. I think it started when they migrated the game to xbox-playstation. All the drivers are up to date. It actually was bad for a while with blinking - glitched graphics about a year or so ago. Nowadays you get that popup to select default or low settings. I just go with default with the checkbox to remember the settings. Im not sure if it changes anything I can still play but it should of been resolved by now.

Have they STILL not fixed this? I had this issue in October 2016.....i would be playing (AND BUYING STUFF..HINT HINT) but the performance is so bad.

AMD Fury
i5 6600
16gb ddr4 ram

Well there are many people with your video card that are able to play neverwinter so I highly doubt it's the games fault. Just saying you might want to do some legitimate troubleshooting or take your computer in to the shop and get a professional opinion. They usually have the answers that you are not able to figure out on your own when it comes to software issues or updates, compatibility issues or whatever the case there's always some underlying issue that's why we have computer techs.

you have no idea of what you are saying. everyone can update the drivers but the game still states that the drivers are out of date.

Why I do not use AMD anymore.

I just did a new install of windows 10 and the latest Radeon drivers since I bought a new system. I have a Ryzen 1700 clocked to 4 gig, 16 gig of pc3200 ram, and a Radeon 390. I get 18fps. My cpu usage is ~10% and my GPU is less than 50%. In fact, my GPU senses the load is so low it does not even clock up above 500mhz. This game is BROKEN for AMD.

My son has my old PC with a fresh install of WIndows 10. It has a 2500k clocked to 4.5 gig, 16 GB of pc2133 DDR3, and a Radeon 7850. He gets the same.

Here I am in 2023, same thing on a 6700xt. Cyberpunk, witcher, red dead, all run great but this keeps telling my drivers are too old when I know for a fact they're not 😂
