NEVERWINTER FPS DROPS / LAG |HELP|

I´ve installed the Game and then i startet it.

In the Game then i had 24 FPS. with Max Settings, so i decided to change Settings to mid. With the Mid Settings i also had something like 20 - 30 FPS. So i setted the Settings to Low. With the Low settings i had 34 - 40 FPS.

Then i was on Desktop and looked at my CPU and my GPU.

I changed everything --> Task Manager > set Afiinity > All cores or 1-3-5-7

Nothing worked

I hope that anyone of you can help.

My Specs:

CPU: AMD FX 8320E Overclocked 4,4GhZ
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960
16GB RAM DDR3
Resolution: 1920x1080

win10 got massive problems with neverwinter. for me it causes all sorts of weird graphic bugs. Maybe thats you problem

i think there will be an upgrade in the graphics at some point in feb/march what should improve some of the issues with win10. or i hope it does im also on win10 and im loving this game

i reinstalled windows 10, now i have 60+ FPS with Max Settings..thx for all your help

I s the game server change ? i play from SEA .. no i have so much lag than before.. is something change with the server .. and lately i meet lots of eurpoean player.. before mostly i play with US..
