Best way to spend Zen?

Hi everyone!

I know there's already a thread about this but I need a more updated version. I think i'm gonna' drop 50 bucks into this game.
Should I buy character slots to farm rAD/AD for ZEN later on? Already have got a 110% mount.
Or is it worth it buying the "Knight of the Feywild" pack? Or maybe buy V.I.P. and play with the lockboxes to get AD/ZEN?

Honestly most of the stuff in Zen market is Snake oil.. If you already have your mount, Stick with Either VIP as you need it BUT wait until you get a Coupon for it or ANYTHING else you buy. With Summer coming up you might want to wait til then. Last year they had a 50% of Stuff in Zen Market. If your Hell Bent to spend Zen. Only Spend it on things you Benefit from across the Board with. Things that can be used or accessed via ALL characters. I'm running 9 toons and while its helpful its such a waste of time grind to a point. after nearly 3-4 years of building up I am near the end game on all toons but look back and see I would NEVER do it again. If you like the game stick to what you like about it and build around it. If your not liking the character just be aware most of the stuff you have binds to your SOL if you want to move it to other characters. The exception is thngs like Enchantments and RuneStone.. Bonding Stones. Armor and Weapon Enchantments. Bags are Useful but I have not gone more then outside the stuff you get for free and then use the spare Toons as another bank holder. Anything else is a How you wanna spend it. in some cases if I actually spent some money on the game I would turn the Money into AD if you can't find anything and focus that AD on the things you can move around. Rank 12 Armor/Weapon Enchants, Bonding stones. Anything that either Binds to Account not Character or is Not Bound to you is the key. Just mind your Ps and Qs when you go buying and don't just spend the money because you can. You might be sorry if you make a snap Judgment.

Mount, Vip, the golden spider mount for the insignia bonus (wanderers fortune [which you can get for all characters]). Otherwise buy keys to open lockboxes since that is probably the most fun.

My advice for spending zen is, like Macaronis said, spend it when they've got the big 50% off zen sales. As to what to spend it on, the Scourge Warlock starter pack is actually pretty awesome, for the Erinyes alone. It gives you an Erinyes of Belial on all of your toons and those sell for 10s of millions on the AH for just one of them. Its a great comp for any dps class. Mounts are account wide too, and you should always be mindful of which mounts give what insignia bonuses. The gilded giant spider mount is one of the few that grants the wanderers fortune insignia bonus, a must need for anyone building a toon up.

VIP is an okay deal, you can get it to pay for itself, have a small but steady income of ads from it, and the QoL stuff is worth it too.

Very True, Erinye (or whatever shes called) is a must have for dps classes. You also get a runic bag with this bag if i remember correctly (and other stuff)
. Just make sure to load the money over arc, so you get the first-buyers pack

... wait for another ZEN charge promotion, and buy your ZEN through ARC to get bonus ZEN and that First Time Buyer Pack.

Also don't miss out on the daily ARC quests, scroll icon in the lower right corner of the ARC launcher, to gather ARC points that you can use to redeem ZEN. 5k ARC points = 500 ZEN.

When the big summer sale is around, go straight for 12 months VIP to unlock all benefits right from the start. Collect your daily lockbox keys until you have 20+, then start opening lockboxes, but NOT the chests/troves you get from them, just sell the loot directly and use the AD you get to get your ZEN "back" for the next sale.

With a bit of luck, you can probably get a year ViP and most of the DLCs from the ZEN shop within the summer sale, and the rest of them during the winter sale... if you want to.

About getting more character slots, go for different classes on those alts, to have something else to play around with, and to give you something beyond the daily professions/invoking login cycle.

Yeah I will definitely buy from arc directly. Once buyed over Steam and got a 110% Mount but I dind't got any first buyers pack. But isn't the Erinye locket to your Char once you get it so you can't sell her? Just want to have some fun, spend my money right you know.

Yes the Erinyes is BtC for each of your toons when you retrieve the Booster pack at the rewards agent or whatever its called in PE. I don't remember exactly where the Erinyes that is unbound and can be sold by ppl comes from, but I think it was a companion pack from one of the lockboxes. Anyways, the point was, there is a reason they sell for millions on the AH, and being able to have one on all of your toons you ever make for the cost of the pack is a bargain to say the least. There are plenty of items on the Zen store that are a terrible deal, not to mention certain things like the Profession Booster Pack which can be gotten from the AH for a tiny fraction of its cost in Zen with ADs, that its practically fraudulent that its still in the Zen store. Like they are hoping newbs who dont know any better will make the mistake and buy it. The SW pack cannot be nailed down to a specific value, as the more dps toons you have and make, the more its value grows for you.

Like I said I have a 110% mount but I'm going for that new one you can get with the current Event going for 14 days or i'll buy a new one. V.I.P. and bagspace also sound like a good investment for me. Thanks alot!

the zen is useless , how many years yu need for understand , yu never need zen for go to the ending > AD / yu can use zen for got AD but yu waste yur money for repeat heroic dragon mushroom quest , i never see a boring game like that after lv 60 the devs want kick yur ass cuz rookie its a better > Prey

Well I still enjoy this game, despite the fact that I already had a char on 60 and after the new module I did a new one, looking for lv 70.
I WANT to spend ZEN just to have fun. And if I want to go farm AD afterwards or whatever i'm still enjoying that. But thanks I guess.

I would get bonding stones, rank 11 or 12. With 3 of theme you will be very strong. Check some youtube videos on it.

Alright guys. Gonna get a mount from the current event and bought some things to gear up. Also got keys and vip. Got very luck and had some legendary stuff. Already made 120'000 AD +
