New repair system / cost

since the last update- all my DLC rods have more damage- and many now can only be repaired with a kit. And even if you repair with game$$- it is not a full repair as you put in the notes. We paid real money for these and this new system is going to kill the fun in this game. The cards seem near impossible to get- I have spent 45 hrs and not got a single card. I have taken quest for them and was not able to complete it to get the card. My team members all agree this is making the game not enjoyable to play. I hope you will make changes to the repair system.

This does sound concerning as I was planning to buy a dlc rod pack. I have noticed how rare cards seem to have become, but I have not yet needed to repair a rod. However I am only about rank 20.

Weren't you the one who said the repairs were fine? now i understand why.. you only have item purchased for real money. Value bought for real money is much cheaper for concert.
if you choose a map to stay and fish. you find the legendary quest to fix your gear. Remembering that you have to have the bronze trophy to get this quest.. it takes a long time to come to the quests; yea! but I won't complain. put some trophies in the fish tank and leave them there until the repair mission comes

concordo com você, mas ao mesmo tempo to cagando e andando pro seu topico, pq qd foi levantado isso com russo voce ficou de cu doce falando que tava barato, com dlc é barato mesmo, agora engole o choro e joga o jogo ou vai pra outro, tem varios jogos ai, lembrando que quero q ele mude isso tambem, mas voce ta sendo hipócrita poque agora q voce sentiu no bolso quer tratamento vip, dica: pesca, farma e paga ja que voce disse que era barato nao vem chorar agora

have you ever right clicked on rods that will tell you they need repairing. I find it hard to belive some one is a level 40 a good level but to never have had a damaged rod seems un beliveable. we all get a big fish on light tackle at some point to have no damage in all the time to get to level 40 i cant belive

I have now caught 56k fish with my rods and rods should only be repaired when they are almost broken and not before. Repairs with in-game silver lose maximum durability with each repair

I have bronze on every map......silver on a few.....many many trophies....I stand by my post.

Your rods now can not be repaired without the cards.......well done.

I am lvl42 and have not repaired doesnt mean to say some might need it just chose not to at this stage.

You must have at least bronze medal on the lake and then you wait. They are very rare and only shows for 10 minutes. They have a orange color. The size of the fish you have to catch for them is always trophy size.

So you have to stay at the Lake /venue ? How are we supposed to know this. whilst i agree with Woolf on the fishing/tech side of finding out as you go this sort of thing pees me a bit unless of course it is and ive missed it.

The only complain I have about this new system is that repair kits do not repair 100% but only partially. It's hard to accept the mission on time and very hard to get the trophy it requires within the time limit. Just this part is very time consuming. And then all this for a kit that only repairs 75 points max? For one heavy rod/reel that is heavily degraded, you're likely to need 6 repair kits (3 per). Now I ask you, how much real life time do you think is this going to take?

So my suggestion would be (either one of the 3 below would be a fine solution):
1. make those kits appear on other type of quests and not only legendary;
2. if quest is legendary and requires trophy size, make it give 2-3 kits as reward;
3. keep the same difficulty for obtaining kits but make them repair 100% regardless of how degraded the rod/reel currently is.

As always, just my personal feedback. I respect others that may think differently. Thank you.
