Impossible to catch a polar shark!?

Previously, it was relatively easy and bites were almost instant. However, after the patch, even after 3-4 hours of fishing, there are no bites and no fish in my keepnet. The majority of time was spent fighting and reeling in the fish, which was an enjoyable aspect. However, with the current situation, it has become almost unplayable on the Norwegian map.

completely in agreement with you, I tried with a friend, for 4 hours irl, with different rigs, length of navy colored leader, of different lengths, of different materials, with different hooks and on the TFORCE not a single fish failed. is interested in our different baits and on our different usual fishing spots, we made the same assemblies on salamo and ho miracle we catch fish... not necessarily the one we wanted, but we caught some. after if we want to say that everything is fine and that it is normal, for me it does not matter to me, I would continue to play but I think that all is not good in this last update, and it is a pity because the game was within the reach of all players, with a certain difficulty, to date many players are in very great difficulty, to have a challenge reserved for the elite of fishing

Thank you very much. However, it's important to note that supposedly there was no issue catching sharks with carp fishing rods, only the T-force fishing rod had this problem. Though you might have better knowledge about this.

all the fish have become difficult to catch since the 1.88 update, and that's getting worse with the new update. I haven't played this game for a while because it's become a crap. I'm looking for a new fishing game

After the patch, I managed to catch one polar shark, but since then I've been trying without any success. I even went to the Caspian Sea, but not a single fish was caught. The game is becoming very frustrating, and I've run out of money because I had to go to other maps without catching any fish. It would be great if high-level maps allowed us to earn decent money with high-level fishing gear, so we wouldn't have to constantly grind on low level lakes.

Same with Sturgeons at Caspian Sea. One Sturgeon and then 0 bites.

I haven't fished for polars or any a fish at caspian post-patch but I've been having very good results on madeira. Smaller fish using either 20kg 40cm fluorocarbon leaders (marine + transparent) and also 20kg copolymer marine 40cm. (fluoro seems to be better here) Maybe need to use different colour for norway map? But there is only 3 colours for titanium leaders brown black marine.

Also lost what was most likely 35kg+ barracuda using 29kg 40cm marine copolymer.

Was catching back to back marlins using the standard pre-patch 49kg titanium leaders and 51kg dlc braid. I will test later with custom titanium.

I tried various leaders including custom titanium 55kg 75cm (marine), 55kg copolymer 75cm (marine) Also tried putting 55kg T-force line on seacast rod. All working good. T force rods also working. Was earning about 2.5k-3k silver per hour.
