the stuck fishing rod problem, which started from the first patch of china, is still there.
it happens when, recovering the line, it reaches the end and when it should allow to relaunch or change the settings, the rod can no longer be used. you cannot cast, modify or store it. To unlock it you can only return to a portal or restart the game.
This can also happen several times during the game and with any type of rod, spinning, feeder, float etc..., on a boat or from land.

there are no particular actions.
for example, spinning fishing, I cast and retrieve several times, in some cases at the end of a retrieve, the rod becomes unusable. I have the rod in my hand, I can move it, I can support it, if I press V I can see the settings, but I can't relaunch it, I can't modify it, I can't remove it. I can use the other 2 barrels, but that barrel is blocked.
as if the reel has not completed the full recovery

no, this happen on various map and various place.

I understand that it's hard to figure out what's going on without other information, but I don't think I'm doing anything in particular.
