I couldn't sell the fish in the freeer..

In China. I was using that big boat with a lot of rodholders. No 'R' appereared when close to the pier and I couldn't see a crane anywhere. Did I miss something?
I like China, but the Carps seem to be around 3-4.5 kilo all of them? But then I could see on the records that big ones has been caught, so i guess I've been fishing the wrong places.
Another thing. I was fishing from the bank. The map showed light blue water, but when casting my baith it says 1 meter depth. Shouldn't it be more in light blue? Like 2-4 or something?

I can't sell my freezer fish either but it seems there is no help, it's a very poor game for help

Need to be in the boat to sell them, by pressing the R button once it becomes available.
If you are not at the proper spot the R key is not available. Same as E key to exit the boat.

If you get the E key option you should also see the R key option.

Why you cannot sell it from the fish seller menu I don't know, as that would make a lot more sense than trying to aim for some spot to dock that you cannot see...
