Cannot connect to the game
Just bough the game and I am stuck at menu screen. When I try to connect, it spins for few minutes and then returns to the main screen.. what is going on? I searched these forums and I am obviously not alone, but there is no solution..?

I played hundreds of games in past few years and never had such problem.. I doubt is problem on my side..


Time to refund?

Hello. I see that you have successfully logged into the game and you have automatically created a character. Perhaps something is blocking the server response for you? Some kind of firewall or antivirus?

Thanks for quick reply, I appreciate it. I dont have antivirus at all, and firewall is open.. as I said, no issues with other games, currently I have like 12 online games and none of them have any issues..

I don't even know what to advise here. I analyzed the server logs for your account, everything looks fine. It is written on the server that the client (i.e. the game) breaks the connection

It's sad, but at least give the logs from the game, maybe there will be something there.

A bit of a long shot here, but does your computer meet the minimum requirements? from experience this sounds like game doesn't have enough resources to load up the initial map?
MINIMUM:
Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 10
Processor: intel i5
Memory: 2 GB RAM
Graphics: GF1060
DirectX: Version 10
Storage: 4 GB available space

Yes, I do meet the min reqs (GF 1660Ti, 16gb ram, Intel core i5 9600k, DX11, Win10 updated). Log is too long to copy it here. Can I send it to you to email?

Btw, I tried:
Uninstalling malware bytes (anti spyware program)
Turning off firewall
Rebooting router
Setting exception for Fisher in Windows defender
Running Fisher as admin
Veryfing integrity of the game in steam

None of this helped.. As i said, all other online games working just fine.. I dont get this..

Tell me, is everything OK in the main menu, is everything written in English? There is a suspicion that you are not downloading some files

I will try reinstalling the game (but checking integrity in steam should have helped, if it was the case of missing files..) Edit: reinstall did not help..

I logged into the game under your account about an hour ago, everything worked, loaded, I even caught one fish. Ie, it's clearly not in the server part of the game, but in the client. for some reason, the first location of the game does not load.

Sooo,

I have now tried the game on different PC (notebook) and on completely different connection (through mobile phone) and same issue.. I even went to my friends house , tried the game on his PC, and still the same.. So, it cannot be something on my end..

I am a tech guy, worked on support for a long time, so I know my way around PCs.. but here it is a mystery for me.

Only thing which comes to my mind is some sort of blacklist of your servers in my country.(if they are placed in russia? - because of the current situation...). I am from Czechia. But I guess you would know about that issue already.

I really wanted to try the game, and your attitude is perfect, but it seems I will not be able to.

Could you maybe try deleting my account? But I guess you wouldnt be able to connect with it if the problem was there..

the game servers are located in Germany, however, due to a twofold increase in price, i may have to move them to Moscow or China.

As soon as you mentioned the Czech Republic, I immediately remembered that we already had problems with players from the Czech Republic related to some special format of your date and number settings.
Then these problems were solved, but now, apparently, they are back again.

Hmm , interesting. Changing "region" to ENG US solved the issue.. In my 30 years of gaming, this is the first time I had to change this setting to make a game work.. And I think I even played some game with Unity engine, few days/weeks ago.. It would be nice if you could somehow fix that issue.

Did I miss something when you started the game with my account already? Tutorial, etc? (nevermind, you have delete account option, I used that)
